My boys love to paint, and while I also enjoy doing crafts with them I like to mix it up a bit. I have always loved the way handprint art looks, but never thought I was talented enough to turn a handprint into a crab or giraffe like I have seen all over Pinterest. So I put my thinking cap on and came up with this super easy and cute way to transform their handprints into monsters!

I painted their hands with the color of paint they wanted and then they added googly eyes onto the handprints to make these monsters. These ended up cut out and used as gift tags for a birthday party they had that weekend. I see a lot more of these in our future as gift tags and for birthday cards.
